Contraindications:
⁃ We do not recommend the massage function during the first and third trimester of pregnancy
⁃ Treatment is not recommended for children under the age of 10
⁃ We cannot accommodate guests with extensions, except during the period between removal and reapplication
⁃ In the case of psoriasis, we can only receive our guest in a “remission” i.e. symptom-free state. (in this case, please indicate this in the comments section)
Cancellation policy:
⁃ Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur 50% charge of the selected treatment
⁃Clients who arrive late may have their treatment time adjusted to ensure other appointments remain on schedule, while the full service fee will still apply
