Cancellation Policy

⁃ Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance​. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur 50% charge of the selected treatment ​ -Please be aware that Clients who arrive 15 minutes late may have their treatment time adjusted to ensure other appointments remain on schedule, while the full service fee will still apply. For delays of 30 minutes or more, we reserve the right to cancel the treatment, and your deposit will be retained.
