Gift Card Information

🎁 Validity
Our gift cards are valid for booking within 6 months from the date of purchase. They can be used for both dual and single treatments, as well as for purchasing products.

💷 Top-Up Option
If you’d like to book a service that costs more than the value of the gift card, you can pay the difference.

✉️ Physical Card Option
We do not send a physical gift card by default. If you would like one, just email us after your purchase and we’ll send it to you free of charge within 2–3 working days (Tracked48

with Royal Mail)

🔄 Transferability & Use
The gift card is transferable, not linked to a specific name, and can be used by anyone. It can be redeemed in multiple transactions until the full balance is used, within the validity period.

⚖️ Massage Bed Weight Limit
Please note that the use of the massage function on the massage bed has a weight limit of 120 kg (18.89 stone or 264.55 lbs).

⏳ Booking Policy
When booking an appointment with a gift card, the full amount will be deducted at the time of booking—there is no deposit system.

💆‍♀️ Gift Card Redemption Policy
Please note that single treatments can only be booked from Monday to Thursday.

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are reserved exclusively for dual (pair) treatments, therefore single treatment bookings are not available on these days.

🔐 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your gift card code safe. We cannot replace or reimburse lost or stolen codes.

❌ No Refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable.
