How to Order

  1. Please fill out the order form.

  2. After clicking the Order Now button, enter the amount you wish to pay on the next page.

    (For example: if you selected £100 + £15, please enter £100.)

  3. We will post your physical gift card within 1–2 working days. The following fields on the card will be left blank for you to complete: Name, Message, Code.

  4. On 22 December 2025, we will email you the unique code for the gift card, which you can then write on it.

  5. The 6-month validity period starts from that date, so the gift card will be valid until 22 June 2026.

GENERAL TERMS

🎁 Validity
Christmas gift cards are valid for booking within 6 months from 22nd December 2025. They can be used for both dual and single treatments, as well as for purchasing products.

 

💷 Top-Up Option
If you’d like to book a service that costs more than the value of the gift card, you can pay the difference.

 

🔄 Transferability & Use
The gift card is transferable, not linked to a specific name, and can be used by anyone. It can be redeemed in multiple transactions until the full balance is used, within the validity period.

 

🛍️ Online Purchase Only
Gift cards are only available for purchase through our website.

 

⏳ Booking Policy
When booking an appointment with a gift card, the full amount will be deducted at the time of booking—there is no deposit system.​

 

🔐 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your gift card code safe. We cannot replace or reimburse lost or stolen codes.

 

❌ No Refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable.
