GENERAL TERMS

🎁 Validity
Our gift cards are valid for booking within 6 months from the date of purchase. They can be used for both dual and single treatments, as well as for purchasing products.

💷 Top-Up Option
If you’d like to book a service that costs more than the value of the gift card, you can pay the difference.

✉️ Physical Card Option

If you selected the postal option at checkout, your physical gift card will be sent to the address you provided within 2–3 working days via 1st Class Royal Mail.

🔄 Transferability & Use
The gift card is transferable, not linked to a specific name, and can be used by anyone. It can be redeemed in multiple transactions until the full balance is used, within the validity period.

🛍️ Online Purchase Only
Gift cards are only available for purchase through our website.

⏳ Booking Policy
When booking an appointment with a gift card, the full amount will be deducted at the time of booking—there is no deposit system.

🔐 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your gift card code safe. We cannot replace or reimburse lost or stolen codes.

❌ No Refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable.
